What we do with your details.
This is a small shop and a small website. What follows is the whole of it, in plain language.
What this site collects
Two things, and only when you type them in:
- An order request. Your name, phone number, email address, and whatever you tell us about the order — what you want, when you want it, how many people it has to feed. We use it to call you back about that order and for nothing else.
- The counter list. Your email address, if you ask to hear when something worth a special trip lands. Every note carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.
Both are stored in a database we run on Cloudflare. When you send an order request we also record a shortened one-way hash of your IP address, which is used to stop automated abuse of the form. It cannot be turned back into your address, and the address itself is never stored.
What this site does not do
- There is no analytics on this website. We do not know who you are or which pages you read.
- There are no advertising or tracking cookies, and no third-party scripts of any kind.
- We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone.
- No payment is ever taken through this website. Everything is paid for at the counter.
How long we keep it
Order requests are kept while they are useful to us — typically a couple of years, so we can look up what we cut for you last Christmas. Counter-list addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Ask us to delete either at any time and we will.
Notifications about your order are sent by Cloudflare on our behalf. The address you give us is shared with them only to deliver that message.

Changes
If this policy changes we will update this page. There is no version history to check; the page you are reading is the current one.
